Answer:

We know equilateral triangle, perpendicular and

median us same so △ADC is right angle triangle.

Given AB=BC=CA=8cm, \\ BD=DC=4cm

AC²=AD²+DC²

8²=AD²+4²

⇒AD=64−16=48=43</p><p>

Now in a equilateral triangle centroid,circumcenter are the same and centroid divides the median in the ratio 2:1

∴AE=2 AD

 = 2  \:  \times 4√3

 = 8√3

Answer:

We know equilateral triangle, perpendicular and

median us same so △ADC is right angle triangle.

\begin{gathered}Given AB=BC=CA=8cm, \\ BD=DC=4cm\end{gathered}

Given AB=BC=CA=8cm,

BD=DC=4cm

AC²=AD²+DC²AC²=AD²+DC²

8²=AD²+4²8²=AD²+4²

⇒AD=64−16=48=43⇒AD=64−16=48=43

Now in a equilateral triangle centroid,circumcenter are the same and centroid divides the median in the ratio 2:1

∴AE=2 AD∴AE=2AD

= 2 \: \times 4√3=2×4√3

= 8√3=8√3
