Before solving this question, Let us understand the concept behind this question.

Concept of Ohm's law is used here.

According to Ohm's law, if physical condition of a circuit remains same then applied voltage across the circuit is directly proportional to current in the circuit .

=> V ∝ I

So V = IR , here R is constant !!

where V = Voltage, I = Current and R = Resistance

We know the concept. Now, let's solve the question :

i) R = 400 ohm, I = 0.01 A

as we know, V = IR

so, V = 0.01 × 400 = 4.0 Volt

hence, option (b) 4.0 Volt is right answer.

ii) R = 100 ohm, I = 0.04 A

as we know, V = IR

so, V = 0.05 × 100 = 5.0 Volt

hence, option (b) 5.0 Volt is right answer.

iii) R = 250 ohm, V = 500 V

as we know, V = IR => I = V/R

so, I = 500/250 = 2.0 A

hence, option (a) 2.0 Ampere is right answer.
