Step-by-step explanation:

(1.3x² - 0.3y²)(1.3x² + 0.3y²)

By using identity a² - b² → (a+b)(a-b)

( we can also say, (a-b)(a+b) = a²-b² [in ques we'll use this] )

(1.3x² - 0.3y²)(1.3x² + 0.3y²) → (a-b)(a+b) → a²-b²

a = 1.3x²

b = 0.3y²

 { ({1.3x}^{2}) }^{2}  -  { ({0.3y}^{2}) }^{2}

 =   {13x}^{4}   -  {0.3y}^{4}

Hope it helps you
