so,

3x – 58° + x+38° = 180°

4x – 20° = 180°

4x = 180° + 20°

4x = 200°

x = 50 °

now putting the value of x in the respective angles we will get

3x – 58° = 3 × 50 - 58 = 92°

&

x+38°= 50+38= 88°

hence the two angles are 92 degree and 88 degree whose sum forms 180 degree and the value of x is 50 degree
