Hey there !

Solution:

Let us assume that you are standing inside a circle having radius 5280 m.

So the circumference ( arclength ) will be 2πr.

=> Circumference = 2 × 3.14 × 5280 = 33158.4 m

So 360 degrees will have an arclength 33158.4 m

So 1 degree = ?

=> 1 degree would have 33158.4 / 360 = 92.10 m

We are asked for 1 minute

We know that 1 degree is 60 minutes

So 1 minute =  1 / 60th of a degree

=> 1 minute ( arclength ) = 92.10 / 60 = 1.535 m

Hence the length is 1.535 m

Hope my answer helped !
