The Right against Exploitation enshrined in the Indian Constitution guarantees dignity of the individual.

It also prohibits the exploitation or misuse of service by force or inducement in the following ways:

It prohibits human trafficking i.e.

it criminalises buying and selling of human beings like a commodity.

  • The forced labour or begar (means to render services to the master free of cost) is prohibited according to our constitution.
  • Human trafficking i.e. buying and selling of human beings especially women for immoral purposes is prohibited.
  • To employee any child less than 14 years of age in any factory, mine or industry is also prohibited.
