I can't understand
in the eq 2 variables are given
one is c is f
so place there values as I have given in the answer
1.double the celsius temperature(2*30)=60
2.subtract one tenth of this value(60-6)=54
3.add 32 (54+32)=86 degreesF
it's a trick...converting degrees C to degrees F
