angle POR = angle QOR, (each 90°),
We can write it as
angle POS + angle ROS = angle QOS - angle ROS,
angle ROS + angle ROS = angle QOS - angle POS,
2×angle ROS = (angle QOS - angle POS),
then
angle ROS = 1/2 (angle QOS - angle POS)

Given that OR Is perpendicular to PQ
POR= ROQ=90degree
POS+ROS= 90 degree
ROS=90-POS
Adding ROS to both side,we have
ROS+ROS (90+ROS)-POS
2ROS= QOS-POS
ROS= 1/2 (QOS-POS)
POR= ROQ=90degree
POS+ROS= 90 degree
ROS=90-POS
Adding ROS to both side,we have
ROS+ROS (90+ROS)-POS
2ROS= QOS-POS
ROS= 1/2 (QOS-POS)
