I think you made a mistake, it's hard to identify whether it's divide or subtract after 2x^2
if p(x)=2x^2-27x+7a
then putting value of (a) in p(x)
by remainder theorem
2(2)^2-27(2)+7(a)=0
2*4-54+7a=0
8-54+7a=0
-46+7a=0
7a=46
a=46÷7
a=6.57
if p(x)=2x^2-7x+7a
so, repeating the same method we get
a=6÷7

so you can do the same process as i have did with 27x and you will get an anwer equivalent to 6÷7
