1. Running makes person breath faster because while running he may require more energy as it is a physical activity and for energy production respiration has to be down quicker, so for respiration oxygen must be supplied faster , so person has to breath faster to inhale more OXYGEN and produce more energy.

2. After holdings breath for sometime, we breath heavily after that because the oxygen supply was temporarily stopped due to avoid of inhaling, so energy is required to be produced faster to cover up that time when breath was held. So we can say to gain more OXYGEN, we breath heavily when we hold breath.

3. Yawning is generally indication of lack of oxygen, we sleep when we are tired and we are tired when we don't have energy. So energy is about respiration, and respiration is about oxygen . So we yawn when we are sleepy because during this time our body lacks energy and oxygen. And yawning indicates that we need rest.
