Editor,

Times of India, ( Or any national daily that you prefer)

Bhopal   Pincode

Dear/ Respected sir/ madam,

This is to inform you about the corrupt practice of taking capitation fees from parents in the name of donation and funds.

Every parent wants to get their children educated in a good school, but unfortunately, they are looted by the private schools in the name donation and building funds. It is a shame that in a country where education was once free, corrupt practices have taken over. It is high time that awareness should be created against this malpractice of the society. All sections of the society should come forward to discontinue this evil practice forthwith.

I would be obliged if you could highlight this issue of constant exploitation of parents in your national daily, The Times of India.

Thanking you.

Yours sincerely/ faithfully/ obediently,

Rakhi

PS: I have written the letter according to the icse format, therefore subject is not necessary. If your board (CBSE) requires to add the subject, then you can add it after the receivers address.

Subject can be: Exploitation of parents through capitation fees/ or unfair means. ( Try and keep the subject as precise as possible)

Hope this helps!!

Lots of love!!

expertdhaka: Yes this is not applicable in CBSE Board
expertdhaka: can I also get it according to CBSE format
expertdhaka: Please
khusheeyyyy: I have mentioned above that if you have to add the subject as per the cbse board, you can add it after the receivers address. I have mentioned what subject you can use as well.
khusheeyyyy: Rest of the format, remains the same.
