10y+x

according to the first condition

10x+y+10y+x=143

we get

2x=18

ie x=9

substitute value of x in any of two equations

we get y=4

thus then our required two digit number=10x+y

=(10×9)+4

=90+4

so thus then

94×(9+4)

=94×13

=1222

also thus then reversed digit=49

so 49×13

=637
