Given: Triangle ABC Perimeter = 38 cm
AB=AC
Length of AB = Length of BC + 7cm
1) Let side AB= side AC be x
therefore, side BC = AB-7cm
BC = x-7 cm
2) Given: AB+BC+AC=38cm
x + x-7cm + x = 38cm
3x-7cm= 38cm
3x = 38cm+7cm
x = 45cm÷3
x= 15cm
3) Therefore, AB= x = 15cm
AC= x = 15cm
BC = x-7cm
= 15-7cm
= 8cm

AB=15cm ; BC = 8cm ; AC = 15cm
