= X ^ 2 + 5 x + 2 x + 10 ( splitted middle term )
= X ( X + 5 ) + 2 ( X + 5 )
= ( X + 2 ) ( X + 5 )
Zeroes = - 2 , - 5

x ^ 2 - 25
= x ^ 2 - 5 ^2
= ( X + 5 ) ( X - 5 )
Zeroes = - 5 , 5
