You and you friend want to paint a wall in your own classroom. you wish to ask the principal to assign a wall to the students to let them their creative expression.
i) What problems can occur when it is decided to paint a wall?
ii) What should be done to make it a team work?

i) the problems which occur are:
-a person in the class may be very mischievous and hence destroy your creative idea
- good quality paints to paint the whole class may cost a lot which principal does't pay you!!
-no volunteers to do this job
ii) team work
-gather few classmates and you become a good orator in convincing ppl to initiate this work
