NOW SOLVE THE DENOMINATOR

= -3/2 ^-1  ÷ 3/2

= 1 /-3/2  ÷  3/2

NOW DEVIDE THE NUMERATOR AND DENOMINATOR

= 2/3 ^1  ÷ 1

= 2/3  ÷ 1
