Step-by-step explanation:

if ∠POY=90°

As XY is a line and OP is a ray on it ∠POY + ∠a + ∠b = 180°

∴ ∠a+∠b=90°

Given: a:b=2:3

if a=2x    b=3x

2x + 3x = 90°

5x = 90°

x = 18°

a = 2× 18° = 36°

b = 3× 18° = 54°

Now as MN and XY are lines intersecting each other

∵ ∠b + ∠POY = ∠c                      {vertically opposite angles

⇒ 54° + 90° = ∠c

⇒ 144° = ∠c
