SOLUTION:-

In the numerator open the brackets

$\dfrac{5 \times 10 {}^{ - 36 } \times 3 \times 10 {}^{8} }{10 \times 10 {}^{ - 24} }$

Multiply the terms in Numerator

$\dfrac{15 \times 10 {}^{ - 36} \times 10 {}^{8} }{10 \times 10 {}^{ - 24} }$

As we know from exponent and laws

$a {}^{m} \times a {}^{n} = a {}^{m + n}$

By applying this formula to numerator and denominator we get

$\dfrac{15 \times 10 {}^{ - 36 + 8} }{10 { }^{ + 1 - 24} }$

$\dfrac{15 \times 10 {}^{ - 28} }{10 {}^{ - 23} }$

As we know ,

$\dfrac{a {}^{m} }{a {}^{n} } = a {}^{m - n}$

$\dfrac{15 \times 10 {}^{ - 28 - ( - 23)} }{1}$

$15 \times 10{}^{ - 28 + 23}$

$15 \times 10 {}^{ - 5}$

$= 1.5 \times 10{}^{-6}$

So,
