Isomers:

Those compounds which have same molecular formula but differ in structure are called as structural isomers/ isomers.

See the attached image for structures.

(a) Molecular formula is different.

--- \rm CH_3O_2N \: and \: CH_3O_3N

--- Not isomers.

(b) They are functional group isomers.

  • molecular formula same.
  • one is cyanide other is amine.

--- Isomers

(c) are identical compounds

  • after seeing the image, we can see they have same naming, just placed oppositely.
  • 1-methoxy ethane.

(d) again molecular formula is diff.

--- not isomers.

b is correct.
