my answer might be wrong

eq of time of flight = 2 v sin(x)/g

using the equation we've -

stone a = 2*2v*sin(30)/g= 4v*1/2/g = 2v/g

stone b = 2*v*sin(60)/g= 2v*√3/2 = √3  v/g

clearly  time taken by stone a < stone b

hence stone a will reach height h after b

from height h both stone will take same time to fall to the ground

hence stone b,
