 =  \rm \dfrac{2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times  {a}^{5} }{ {4}^{3}  \times  {a}^{ 3} }

  = \rm \dfrac{ {4}^{4}  \times  {a}^{5} }{ {4}^{3} \times  {a}^{3}  }

 =  \rm4 {a}^{2}
