HEY MATE UR ANSWER IS HERE..

if ( x+a) is factor of these 2 given polynomials, then x= -a is zeroes of these polynomials also.

so,

putting x= -a in both polynomials, we get,

(-a)^2+(-pa)+q=(-a)^2+(-ma)+n

-pa+q= -ma+n

ma-pa=n-q

(a)(m-p)=n-q

a=n-q/m-p

HENCE PROVED.

HOPE IT IS HELPFUL TO U..

PLEASE MARK AS BRAINLIEST...
