the exchange of gases stops and stomata closes

if the weather is hot and the stomata is close,the exchange of gases will not occur means that the carbon dioxide will not get absorbed by plant through LEAVES

If the plant does not get water on this hot weather .then the leaves will droop down and the growth of the plant can stop.because the exchange of gases are imp. for the plant
