(i) when the data does not change much, mean is an appropriate measure of central tendency.
FOR EXAMPLE:-
Marks of a student in 5 tests
7,6,6,7,5
Mean:- (7+6+6+7+5)/5 = 31/5 = 6.2
Here 6.2 is an appropriate measure of central tendency.
