a25 = 3(a8)

a5 = a + 4d

a9 = a + 8d

a + 4d + a + 8d = 30

2a + 12d = 30 - (i)

a25 = 3(a + 7d)

a + 24d = 3a + 21d

0 = 3a + 21d - a - 24d

0 = 2a - 3d - (ii)

from i and ii :-

using canceling method -

2a + 12d = 30

2a - 3d = 0

answer = 15d = 30

= d = 2

putting value of d in equation ii

0 = 2a - 3(2)

0 = 2a - 6

6 = 2a

3 = a
