ANSWER:-

Option b) Atleast two holes are required so that oil flows properly from the tin.

With only one hole the oil will flow out quite slow as inwards movement of air and outward movement of oil is through the same hole. Now, by making another hole we are actually increasing the rate of flow of oil as air can flow through the other hole.

Hence, a minimum of two holes are made in a tin can so that oil can flow properly from the tin.
