Given:

(11/9)³×(11/9)^6=(11/9)^(2x-1)

Solution:

  • We know a^x ×a^y =a^(x+y)

so, (11/9)³×(11/9)^6=(11/9)^(3+6)

=(11/9)^(9)

given that

(11/9)^(2x-1)=(11/9)^(9)

2x-1=9

2x=9+1

2x=10

x=5
