P(x) = 2x^2 - Kx + 7

Q(x) = 5x^2 + 2x -k

P(2) = 8-2k+7 = 15 - 2k

Q(3) = 45 + 6 - k = 51-k

Given that P(2) = Q(3)

So,

15 - 2k = 51 - k

k = -36
