 = 2 \pi \: r \: cm \\   \sf \: given \\ 2\pi \: r = 132 \\ 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times r = 132 \\ r =  \frac{132 \times 7}{2 \times 22}  =  \pink{21cm} \\ r = 21cm \: h = 25cm \\ Capacity \: Of \: The \: Cylindrical \: Vessel = \pi \: r { }^{2}  \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 21 \times 21 \times 25cm {}^{3}  \\  = 34650cm {}^{3}  \\  =  \frac{34650}{1000}l  \\  \sf \green{34.65 \: litres }
