First differentiate both Y and X wrt t .

Then find dy/dx and put the value of t =π/4.

Formula used :

 \star \boxed{ \red{ \bold{\frac{d}{dx} (u.v) = u \:  \frac{dv}{dx}  + v \:  \frac{du}{dx} }}}

   \star\boxed{ \bold{\frac{d}{dx} (sin \: x) = cosx}} \\  \\   \star \boxed{ \bold { \red{\frac{d}{dx} cosx =  - sinx}}}
