1) Cellular reproduction is a process by which cells duplicate their contents and then divide to yield two cells with similar, if not duplicate, contents. Understanding this process is helpful in understanding the basis for human reproduction as well as the basis for the generation of life  

2)  Methylene blue solution

Place the cells on a glass slide that has water on it. Mix the water and the cheek cells using a needle and spread them. Take a few drops of Methylene blue solution using a dropper and add this to the mixture on the slide. After 2-3 minutes remove any excess water and stain from the slide using a blotting paper.

3)  DNA molecules contain the information necessary for constructing and organizing the cells. Functional segments of DNA are called as genes. Gene is a segment of DNA that carries information from parents to offsprings and determines the heredity characters in the offsprings.
