QuesTion :-

Find the electric field intensity due to a uniformly charged spherical shell at a point outside the shell using Gauss' law

SoluTion :-

Point r > R

\rm {Using \ Gauss \ law, \oint E.ds =\frac{q_{end}}{q_{0}} }\\\\\\\\\rm {\because  \overrightarrow{E} \ \perp \  Gaussian \ surface, \ \angle \ between  \ \overrightarrow{E} \ is\ 0}\\\\\\\\\rm {\because  \overrightarrow{E} \ is \ constant}\\\\\\\\\rm {\therefore E(4\pi r^{2})=\frac{q}{q_{0}}}\\\\\\\\\rm {E=\frac{1}{4 \pi \epsilon_{0}} \frac{q}{r^{2}} }

Electric field outside the uniformly charged spherical shell will be same as all the charge q concentrated as a point charge at center of the shell.
