Step-by-step explanation:

Given, one point =(2,-3)

Let, other point =(10,y)

absicca is x cordinate

⇒ √(10 - 2)² + (y + 3)² = 10

⇒ √8² + y² + 9 + 6y = 10

On Squaring, we get

⇒ 84 + y² + 9 + 6y = 100

⇒ (y + 3)² = 36

⇒ y + 3 = √36

⇒ y + 3 = ±6

⇒ y = 3,-9

Hope it helps!
