When two lines intersect, the adjacent angles are supplementary. This statement is true. Adjacent angles are said to be supplementary if their degrees of angle sum up to 180°. When any two lines intersect, the adjacent angles together form a straight line, and a straight line always has an angle of 180°. \

Angle BOA is a supplementary angle whose sum will be 180°.

There are 2 angles angle x and x+42° in that BOA.

So,x+x+42=180

2x=180-42

2x=138

x=138÷2

x=69

So,angle BOD is 69°

the angles AOC will also be 69° as it's vertically opposite to angle BOD.

Angle AOD is x+42

so,it will be 69+42

=111°

Angle AOD=BOC=111°

hope it helps you.mark as brainliest
