Electronegativity for carbon atom depends on % of s character. More the s character, more closer are the electrons to the nucleus and hence greater is the attraction leading to greater electronegative character. Hence, sp hybridization has highest s % and so has most electronegative carbon

electronegativity of c in sp hybridization is more powerful bcoz the percentage of s in sp hybridization is 50 ... so the c of sp hybridization is more powerful and has high electronegativity as compared with other types of hybridization.............
