Solution:

3^2x+1/9 = 27

3^2x+1/3^2 = 3^3

When an exponential equation has the same base on each side, the exponents must be equal.

(2x + 1) - 2 = 3 —- all exponents

2x + (1 - 2) = 3

2x = 3 + 1

2x = 4

x = 2

Hope this will help.
