14x² + 9x² / 21x² + 4 x + x/4 + 6

23x²/21x² + 5 x/4 + 6

1.095 x² + 1.25 x + 6

 \frac{3}{7} x {}^{2}  +    \frac{1}{4} x + 5 \\ multiply \: by \: 7 \\ 3x {}^{2}  +  \frac{7}{4}  + 35 \\ now \: multiply \: by \: 4 \\ 12 x {}^{2}  + 7x + 140now \: add \: it \:  \\ 2x {}^{2}  + 3x + 3 + 12x {}^{2}  + 7x + 140 =  \\ 14x {}^{2}  + 10x + 143therefore the answer is 14x {}^{2}  + 10x + 143
