door to door service means that the goods can be transported from the manufacturing location to consumers at one go

for example   :     if a person order an object from delhi and he is in mumbai

if the object has to be transported in train then it should be firdst be carried to the railway station then should be packed in the train then it has to be unpacked at mumbai station and then it should carried to the place of the person in this case it had to be packed or unpacked atleast 5 or 6 times

but if it had to be carried by road it should be packed in delhi and should be unpacked only in mumbai

thus it reduces the cost of loading and unloading

this is the line's meaning
