⟹ x² - ( 5-3 ) x + ( 5 × - 3) = 0

⟹ x² - 2x - 15 = 0

we know that,

alpha+beta = -b/a

5-3= -b/a

2=-b/a.........(i)

alpha×beta = c/a

a=1, b=-2 ,c=-15

Therefore, the required polynomial is x²-2x-15.
