We know,

Mean =$\frac{sum \: of \: all \: the \: observations}{total \: no. \: of \: observations}$

$= > 32 = \frac{28 + 36 + 20 + x}{4} \\ \\ = > 128 = 84 + x \\ \\ = > 44 = x$

Thus,

The weight of the fourth student is 44 kg
