I’m Raveena, a student of class XI. Respectfully, I am here to inform you that I have been suffering from dengue fever for the last four days. I will not be able to come to school because the doctor has just told me to take rest in approx 10 days. Due to that I’m not able to appear in the exam. I’m not in such a condition to come to school and take my exam. I’m requesting you please allow me to appear in the year ending examination at a later date.

So, therefore, request you to kindly grant me 10 days leave. I will forever be grateful to you for this.
