Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:  1]  PT= QT ,

now that we know there is a square and triangle , we also have to know that there is an isoselus triangle in the middle which is formed due to the intersection of lines.

Now lets assume that each side of the square is a and  equal sides  of triangle is b.

and lets also assume that the height of the triangle is d.

Now if we see , the isoceles triangle height will be  a+d and base is a

so we have to calculate the area of  isoceles triangle

a+d x a x 1/2

a+d x a /2

area of the equilateral triangle  + square - isoceles triangle =  PT + QT

equilateral triangle area = 1/2 x base x height = 1/2 x a x d

a x d /2 = ad/2

sqaure area = length x length = a x a = a [ squared ]

totally = ad/2 + a [ squared ] - a+d x a/2

I hope you know that we need to take LCM of the numbers

[ad/2 + a [ squared ] - a + d x a/2 ] /2

simplify that and you will get value and divide it to get 2 equal values PT and QT

2.

TQR = 15 degrees because the side of square is 90 degrees and the side of the isoceles triangle is 75.

Let me explain it for u :

Triangles have 180 overall interior angle degrees.

in  isoceles triangle , 2 of them are equal , 1 is lower than them

so lets asssume that  equal angle is  d and  other angle is g

then 180 = 2d + g , 180 - 2d = g

d = 75 and g = 30

[ eg : 5 = 4 + 1  , 4 = 5 - 1 ]

so TQR = 90 - 75 = 15.
