Step-by-step explanation:

So first step will be to  draw a line segment QR = 5cm

This line segment QR is the base of out triangle.

Now, take a protractor and draw an angle of 60° from Q as it is mentioned in the question.

You can extend the length of the angle as much as you want, but try to keep it around 7cm.

Then, take a compass, and open it at a radius of 5cm.

Draw an arc of  5cm from point R

Extend the arc till it intersects the angle Q which was made for 60°.

The point where the arc and the angle meet is the point where the other 2 will meet.

Mark this point of intersection as P.

Then join the point P, to  points Q and R....

And see, a triangle is formed!!!

Measure of QR = 5cm, PQ = 4cm and QR = U have to measure that...

SO FRIEND, THIS WAS YOUR ANSWER...IF THIS HELPS YOU THEN PLS MARK IT AS THE BRAINLIEST!!!

THANKS!

Answer:

Construction steps :

1 ) Draw a line segment PB = 4cm

2 ) Construct a ray QX such that

<PQX = 60°

3 ) Take Q as a center with radius 4.5cm

draw an arc which cuts QX at R .

4 ) Join R to P .

Required ∆PQR formed.

hope this helps you
