so now

tan 30 = ab/bc

1/root 3 = ab/x

ab = x/root 3

tan 60 = ed/cd

root 3 = ed/ 100 - x

ed = (100 - x ) root 3

we know the poles are of equal height so equate ab and ed

x/root 3 = (100 - x) root 3

x = 300 - 3x

4 x = 300

x = 75

so now we know x and we apply it in anyone one

tan 30 = ab/75

1/root 3 = ab / 75

ab = 75 /root 3

and one rationalizing = 25 root 3

both poles are of equal height

so height of the poles is 25 root 3
