Hello , growth and reproduction are synonyms in the case of unicellular body as written in class 11th biology NCERT, growth can be extrinsic as well as intrinsic( so it could be in living and non-living stuffs ) and it due to which it is not considered as a living feature , and where as reproduction can be sexual as well as asexual (the reason why reproduction is also not considered to be a living feature is that -there are many sterile couples in this planet but they are still living ) thats why reproduction also would not be considered as a living feature of life .
