Hey mate!!

here's your answer...

»Yes, many times I feel hopeless and depressed. Sometimes someone came along and gave me hope in middle of situation by giving me situation that I wasn't aware of.

I think everyone feels this way sometimes and it’s important to try to remember that nothing is permanent. These moments pass, our lives are constantly changing from one hour to the next and anything can happen at any given point.

These moments pass, our lives are constantly changing from one hour to the next and anything can happen at any given point. When you’re in a negative headspace it’s hard to feel anything else, logic rarely has a place in my head when I am feeling depressed. I am more likely to find reasons why things won’t work or why I can’t do something, I become my own worst enemy and find fault with everything.

I’ll also start with negative self talk, usually about not being good enough or my looks.

I also find that looking at pictures of the universe seems to help - it certainly gives me a bit of perspective!

Hope it will be helpful for you (^_^♪)
