Answer:

1. ans: Height and base of a right angled triangle are 24 cm and 18 cm find the length of its hypotenus - 3834422

Given,

Height=24cm

Base=18cm

According to Pythagorean theoram,

In a right Angled Triangle-

(Hypotenus)^2=(Height) ^2+(Base)^2

=24^2+18^2

= 576+324

(Hypotenus) ^2 =900

Hypotenus=√900=30 cm

2.ans:1) Since ,AM is median ;

=> BM = MC= BC/2 =24/2 =12 units .

2) By Apollonius's Theorem,

AB^{2} + AC^{2} = 2(AM^{2} + BM^{2}

22^{2} + 34^{2} = 2( AM^{2} + 12^{2})

AM^{2} = 1640}{2}-144=676

AM = 26
