alveoli in lungs are the air sacks..which is connected with huge number of blood capillaries. In alveoli the exchange of gases took place due to diffusion.and the external air that we inhale contains more oxygen.and less CO2.but inside our body amount of co2 is more than oxygen..hence due to diffusion gaseous exchange took place and..oxygen is supplied to all our body parts due to blood capillaries.and CO2 is transported back to lungs...similarly nephron are the structural and functional unit of kidney each kidney has millions of nephron. the bowman capsule and tubule together make up a nephron. The glomerulus is the main filtration unit in nephron. It filters mainly Urea, excess water and salt..but some useful substances like amino acids, glucose etc..are transported back to body by efferent atriole...

for structure refer google
