First we will have to find the side of the rhombus-

In traingle BOC,

BO=21cm

OC=20cm

By using pythagoras theorem,

BC²=BO²+OC²

BC²=21²+20²

BC²=441+400

BC²=841cm

BC=841

BC=29cm

Perimeter of rhombus-

=4a(where a is the side)

=4*29

=116cm²
