 \frac{2x - 3}{x + 2}  =  \frac{ - 2}{3}

 = 3(2x - 3) =  - 2(3x + 2)

 = 6x - 9 =  - 6x + 2

 = 6x + 6x = 9 + 2

 = 12x = 11

 = x =  \frac{11}{12}
